4U Body&Skin is looking for full time/part time receptionists who are willing to commit working long term (3-5 days per week, 10-11 hours per day) in busy work environment for our Philadelphia locations. You must have a friendly energetic responsible attitude towards your work. Able to multitask in hectic times and willing to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally and direct to appropriate person for assistance.
- Greet customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments and the facility. Respond to inquiries by phone and in person, providing complete details of all treatment aspects.
- Control entry into all areas of facility by restricting all unauthorized individuals.
- Take payment from customers for all services rendered – operate point of sale system.
- Waiting area maintenance. Ensure water bottle and the coffee machine is filled and clean. Refill cups and candies, etc.
- Treatment bookings/scheduling.
- Understand customers files and machines basic information.
- Checkout customers in the system.
- Ensure customers satisfaction at all times.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when the situation arises.
- Carry out additional tasks as instructed and by reasonable request from the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- A confident & dynamic speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others.
- Proven organizational skills, works well on their own. Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results.
- Having Spa experience with Spa Software with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
